Zachary Fox was born in Portland, OR, USA. He grew up with his Filipino mom and two brothers in Portland, OR, and then Vancouver, WA. Zachary has been in the work force since the age of 15, having done everything from Courtesy Clerk at Safeway to gymnastics coach (though he was never a formally trained gymnast) After high school, Zachary went on to Washington State University in Pullman, WA (Go Cougs!). Zachary joined a real estate team in Kirkland, WA as a sales agent in 2016, and began doing the dirty work. He was willing to make the cold calls, work nights and weekend, and churn through the old leads that no one wanted to talk to. Very shortly after, Zachary ventured off as a solo agent, as he has been to this day. In his first six years of sales, he sold over 150 homes with only a full tme administrative assistant and showing help. Zachary moved to San Diego in 2022 for a change of scenery and to pursue a career in real estate sales agent coaching and property management. He is still an active real estate broker.
Having spent 30 years in the Northwest, it was time for a change when Zachary moved from Seattle to San Diego in late 2022. In addition to relocating his real estate sales business, Zachary rolled out two new business ventures: property management and real estate sales agent coaching.
Throughout his career of selling real estate, Zachary accumulated a handful of rental properties and worked with a few property managers in different states. Grupo Zorro Property Management takes the best parts from every PM and houses them in one company.
Zachary is a huge advocate of doing the daily real estate activities in order to achieve success. Agents cannot rely solely on friends, family, and referrals, because the market will change. When coaching his clients, Zachary teaches how to structure a proper schedule, time block, lead generate, manage CRM, and topgrade to maintain an efficient and full pipeline of business. Targeting agents selling anywhere from 5-10 deals per year, Zachary is confident that he can double to triple that agent's business.
